fonts-tibetan-machine software package provides font for Tibetan, Dzongkha and Ladakhi (OpenType Unicode), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-tibetan-machine
fonts-tibetan-machine is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-tibetan-machine package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-tibetan-machine *
You will get with fonts-tibetan-machine package name, version, architecture and description in a table
